Registration
No. Only ONE registration per couple. Please make sure that you have all the information necessary to complete the registration. Incomplete registrations will not be processed.
Yes, you can be of different levels in a couple’s registration. Just enter in the registration which levels you wish to enter.

You probably didn’t have enough WSDC points required for the level you registered for. We scan all the registrations to make sure that the level requirements are met.
You were accepted to the level which requirements you met.
Perhaps you are missing a WSDC point. When you have gathered your remaining points and the WSDC’s database is updated – let us know and we will upgrade you. If you don’t have enough WSDC points you can also audition for the higher levels at the event. Our PRO staff will then decide if you meet their requirements.
If you have competed since you registered and earned enough WSCD points, then Yes of course! Send an email to [email protected] and we will edit your pass.
Your make a new couple registration with both of your information. Your single registration will be canceled.
Yes. This year we offer three types of passes, fullpass, extreme pass and partypass. With the partypass you have access to the party Thursday to Sunday, all in the event venue at Quality Hotel Friends. With the party pass you also have the option to compete.
Register to the event through the registration page. Make a single registration (no partner/couple registration). On the last page of the registration form write in the comment section that you have won a pass and where you won it.
You will be accepted to the event (as long as the event is not sold out) but you need to register for the event.
I can no longer attend
No, paid tickets are non-refundable.
- Paid tickets are non-refundable.
- You can sell/transfer your tickets, please note that we charge an administration fee of 250 SEK.
- You are transferring your workshop level and your dance role.
How to transfer/sell your tickets
1. The person SELLING needs to email us on [email protected] and inform who will be buying the ticket. If you like to sell your pass for a discounted price just let us know in your email. Please include your bank details for a refund.
2. The person BUYING needs to make a normal registration and type in the comment section whose ticket he/she is buying. He/she will then get an invoice of the agreed price for the ticket.
3. Once the pass is paid, the SELLER will be reimbursed minus admission cost and bank fees.
Please note SELLER that your ticket is tied to the level and dance role you purchased.
Comps
There will be a separate link posted closer to the event. You can also register at the event. Please pre-register so we can avoid long queues at the event.
We do not offer refunds for competition fees.

Schedule
Mid-day Friday (Nov 4). But there is a pre-party on Thursday included in the event pass!

No, you can only participate in the workshops that are assigned to the level you are registered (and was accepted) to.
We strive to keep the level of knowledge within the groups as equal as possible so that no one is holding up the class or is bored. We also want the leader/follower ratio as equal as posible. That way it will be more enjoyable for everyone! =)

Adjacent to the event venue, you will find the biggest mall in Scandinavia. Here you have a big spread of food choices. The shops are open until 9PM and restaurants until 10PM. Here you can also find grocery stores open 6:30AM – 10PM.
