Please note you must minimum have 60 advanced points to register as an All star.
Registration
Single registrations
- Single registrations are accepted in due order after being paired with single registrations of the opposite dance role.
- Your price is based on the day you get accepted which is not always the same day as you registered.
Partner registrations
- You must register for the same type of pass and you cannot mix example Full pass with Extremepass or Party Pass with Full pass.
- You may register in different workshop levels if space is available.
- You need your partners full name, email address and level when registering.
- You do NOT have to dance with your registration partner at all (question received)
Judge pass
- We offer free All-Star pass with judging exchange – Limited spots available.
- All judges will get an offer of super subsidized hotel rooms for thu-mon including breakfast. Price of approx 1000 SEK for the entire stay. Please read more about the terms below.

When you win a pass to SNOW all you need to do is to register normally and enter “I won a pass at XXXXX date: XXXXXX” in the final “additional info” box.
Please note: You can not transfer your pass to another person or another year. Winners Passes are also role balanced!
If you have bought a pass to the event allready then you can transfer your bought ticket to another person (follow rules: www.snowcs.se/terms)
Competitions
Competition fee: 225 SEK pre-registration
Friday: Jack & Jill prelims , Strictly Swing – Newcomer/Novice, Intermediate/Advanced and All-star/Champion Friday&Saturday: Jack & Jill – From Newcomer to Champion and Sophisticated(35+)
Competition registration and payment (cash/card/swish) will be done at the venue. Pre-registration link will be provided closer to the event
Scandinavian Dance Festival
Scandinavian Dance Festival – We are all about socializing
Did you see that SNOW is now a part of something bigger? Scandinavian Dance Festival started 2023 and did three (!) events during the same weekend under the same roof. This year you have of course SNOW – the West Coast Swing-event, but also Bachata & Kizomba-event. So when you buy a SNOW pass you are free to social dance at any dance floor. Maybe you feel like mixing it up and do a little bachata one evening, not a problem! You can social dance wherever you want. For workshops however, you need to buy the event pass for the corresponding dance.
